Hugo started MorMor in 2017 – he’d attended several street food events and found himself wanting something healthier. So he decided to do something about it, bringing together elements of Middle Eastern, Mediterranean and North African cooking that leaned towards more veggie and vegan-friendly dishes. After popping up at street food festivals and restaurant take overs they now have a permanent home with us at Kommune too.
