Shoot The Bull was born out of Chris’ love for cooking after deciding he wanted to go at it alone with experience in some of the UK’s top restaurants behind him. Street food was a good place to start for Chris as he was able to provide restaurant food with a twist all over the country.
In 2016 Shoot The Bull took over the kitchen at The Old House in Hull and after a successful stint Chris now takes care of the whole pub. Shoot The Bull have joined us at Kommune with a new concept for them – Rotisserie & Grill. They focus on great quality ingredients cooked with skill, interesting techniques and exciting flavour combinations.
