Founded by two good friends, Edo Sushi brings authentic Japanese food. Good sushi needs to be fresh sushi. Everything coming out of their shop is made fresh that day.
Our dedicated team includes a chef trained in Tokyo. All our sushi is handmade with the greatest care and attention. Seasonality is important to us in bringing you the freshest ingredients, whilst seasonal sources support more sustainable products. We do not use any endangered fish in our food and our salmon is farmed off the coast of Scotland.
